McBride Community Forest Scholarship

The McBride Community Forest is awarding a $1,500 scholarship, for tuition or books, to a McBride Secondary School graduating class member for use to further their education or pursue career training in the trades.

Students are to write a 1000-word essay that best describes why they are choosing their field of study or career training.

The scholarship is awarded to the graduating student who provides the best essay.  The successful recipient will have 2 years from the date of awarding to apply for.

Applicants must submit their essay in confidence to McBride Community Forest Corporation by 3pm on Friday, May 18, 2018 to gm@mcbridecommunityforest.com, Attn: Eugene P. Runtz, General Manager.
